SIDNEY CIC HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM – NEW!
The Sidney CIC is launching a pilot program to encourage home ownership and neighborhood revitalization. The CIC is constructing a new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on 732 Broadway Ave, Sidney. The home will be offered for sale at a reduced cost, due to the generous grant sponsorship of CenterPoint Energy Foundation, Cargill Corporation and the Sidney-Shelby Economic Partnership.
